absolutely busy
Now you might think this is a little preemptive, but this week coming up is definitely the busiest of the year. It might sound odd, and I'll have to tell you more about it afterwards, but don't forget that I'm a teacher, and sometimes there are field trips. Like really big field trips, for which every minute detail has to be planned for, and hopefully no accidents will happen. Oh and I'm in charge.
I didn't sleep last night, but hopefully all will go according to plan, meals at fast-food-joints and all. I can't even remember the last time I've eaten big name "fast-food", and now it seems it will be several days in a row. yikes. Glad I bought a bunch of apples to take in my purse!
As always, more frequent updates, on twitter. I'm addicted to photographing most meals on my iphone. Jeff lovingly calls it my ihusband.
Wish me luck!
Best of luck!! Hang in there!!
ReplyDeleteHope all goes well for you. I've chaperoned long field trips like that and by the end of the week, don't want to look at another McDonald's for a long time.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
grilled chicken can work in a pinch at most fast food joints - but i guess that was from years ago when I had to go to them. Good luck. I think the hoards of kids would scare me more than fast food - so i give you lots of credit for handling that!
ReplyDeleteGood luck! My sister is a teacher and I just can't believe how much you guys work. I couldn't do it!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are able to get some sleep! My mom was a teacher and would always have the "naked" dream right before school started. It happens to me before big projects!
ReplyDeleteI hope all has gone smoothly. Two more days until the weekend!
wow that is a beautiful dish! I love all of the colors going on. Definitely a great wait to celebrate spring and the warm weather to come :)
ReplyDeleteI used to be a teacher. I sympathise with you completely. Even though I loved my job I realized that I wouldn't be able to make it without those much-needed and much-deserved weekends and summer vacations.
